The building is both LEED and WELL Gold certified, offering tenants a high-standard working environment focused on health, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
As a major commercial complex with direct metro access, Yi Fung Place experiences continuous daily foot traffic, placing high demands on entrance flooring performance, cleanliness control, and safety management.
With direct connections to public transportation, large volumes of visitors and office staff move through the building entrances and internal corridors each day. During Shanghai’s rainy season, water carried in by shoes and umbrellas significantly increases the risk of slippery floors, while also accelerating surface wear and raising cleaning frequency.
The client required an entrance solution capable of controlling moisture and improving safety, while preserving the refined, modern aesthetic of the commercial space.
